How are you doing today hope great ? We just want to inform you that we have contacted our supplier to make all arrangements as regards your order. They informed that there are currently lots of demand for this product and the supply is limited. He has accepted to sell to us the 50 tonnes minimum order and we have already made a deposit but he said before we can get the goods to our warehouse we are requested to pay the total amount. They informed there are other buyers interested so if they can get the balance payments today then we can be able to get the goods by tomorrow
to our warehouse then we can arrange a meeting by wednesday for inspection,loading and transportation so please we plead for you to arrange the balance payments of 1500 euros as soon as possible so we can conclude with them and carry the goods immediately. We understand this was not the innitial arrangements but due to the increase in demand comparatively tosupply we are oblarge to make complete payments before carrying the goods).
