Dear Staff

This is to inform you that you have been appointed as a staff of this company. Our Human Resource Department has finally selected you for this season recruitment because your Experience and Qualifications were found qualified. To this point, we want to congratulate you on your appointment with JERINI PHARMACEUTICALS INC.   Please you are required to read the content of this email carefully and understand every line before proceeding, if you are not comfortable with SUBJECT here, kindly email us immediately.

However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting and now your eligibility to work in JERINI PHARMACEUTICALS INC, has been confirmed at the Company's Management board. So you are expected to get all your traveling documents ready with you through the assistance of the US Immigration Attaché Consular in India. You can bring your family along but not more than 3 members will be allowed.

Note that the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained through US High Commission in India. Moreover, US Immigration Attaché personnel has been appointed in the U.S  consulate affairs to be in charge of your visa processing. We request you to comply with him and do as directed by him. He is the one that will let you know all the visa processing procedures according to the US Immigration Service. Your file will be opened through the office of the US Attaché in the US Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.

We have agreed that all the cost of the visa should be paid by you, Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided for you. Although, the cost of visa expenses encored on the cause of procuring your papers shall be reimbursed within couple of days of your arrival to the company. Attached to this email is your Appointment Letter.

You will be given a two week familiarization course here in New Jersey before you proceed with your appointment. Work guidelines will also be provided. your Job description and job role will be provided only after the familiarization training, because we give workers only the Jobs they can do or the jobs they are happy to do, Taxes will be paid by us. Your monthly salary in the appointment letter is your go home starting salary and your first increase will be from 6 months of resuming your duty. Award is available for those who show extra concern for their duty.

You are required to contact the below US Immigration Attaché personnel VISA DEPARTMENT of the US Embassy in India for the procurement of your visa. All permit, LMO and your Vital Document have been forwarded to him. The visa cost will be refunded to you as soon as you resume duty in U.S.A in line with the Company's policy on international applicants. Kindly forward your appointment letter, name and telephone number to him, to begin with your Visa application.
